・Please note that we cannot specify seats.
・You will be guided to terrace seats.
・Free for elementary school students and younger, and plan fees for junior high school students and older.
(Please call us if you are bringing children.)
・Up to 12 people per reservation.
*Please call the store if you are using more than 12 people.

◆ About Rain and Strong Winds ◆
・If it is raining or there is a high possibility of rain, strong winds, or thunder, the terrace area will be closed.
・If we are unable to open due to rain on the day, please contact us via the official website or the HUB Sakuragicho Cross Gate store. Please check the official X for the announcement 2 hours before opening.

・If it is judged that it is difficult to continue business due to sudden rain or strong winds during business hours, we will take the same measures as above.

・We will not refund the fee even if you leave the store early due to rain or strong winds. Thank you for your understanding.

◆Notes◆
・Customers under the age of 20 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minors alone are not allowed to use the store.

・The menu is subject to change.

・Please pay when entering the store.

・We cannot accommodate requests to move seats. Thank you for your understanding.

・There are times when the sunlight is very strong. Please be careful.

◆Prohibited Items◆

・Drinking and driving and drinking alcohol under the age of 20 are prohibited by law. We cannot serve alcohol to those who come by car, motorbike (including passengers), or bicycle, or to those under the age of 20.

- All seats are non-smoking, so please smoke in the smoking booth in the building.

◆About changing or canceling your reservation◆
If you cancel on the day of your reservation, you will be charged the full amount.

(If you cancel by the time of your reservation, no cancellation fee will be charged.)

*If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we will cancel your reservation.
