【Deposit Policy & Reservation Cancellation Notice】 To protect your rights, please note the following deposit and cancellation policies for both “Special Reservations” and “General Reservations”:
🔶 Special Reservations Definition: "Special Reservations" refer to bookings on holidays (e.g., Songkran Festival, New Year's Eve, Christmas, etc.), events (e.g., guest chef events, festive activities), or special restaurant menus (e.g., customized dishes). Procedures: 1. Deposit: Please refer to each restaurant’s reservation announcement. 2. Payment: A deposit must be paid by credit card at the time of booking. 3. Non-payment: If the deposit is not paid within the specified time, the system will automatically cancel your reservation. If you still wish to dine, please make a new reservation. 4. Cancellation after deposit payment: *(1) If canceled at least 72 hours before the dining date (inclusive), please contact the restaurant or use the reservation system to cancel. The full deposit will be refunded to the original credit card. *(2) If canceled less than 72 hours prior to the reservation date, or if the date/time is changed within this period, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) are excluded. (Example: For a reservation at 18:00 on July 10, canceling on or before 18:00 on July 7 qualifies for a full refund. Canceling after 18:01 on July 7 forfeits the deposit and rescheduling is not allowed.) ________________________________________ 🔷 General Reservations Definition: Any reservation that does not fall under the “special reservation” category. Procedures: 1. A credit card must be linked at the time of booking, but no payment is required upfront. 2. Cancellation within 72 hours before the reservation date will result in a cancellation fee being charged to the linked credit card. Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) are excluded. (Example: For a reservation at 18:00 on July 10, canceling on or before 18:00 on July 7 incurs no cancellation fee. Canceling after 18:01 forfeits the deposit and rescheduling is not allowed.) Cancellation Fees: • Main Dining Area(reservations for 4 or more guests): NT$500 per person • Small Private Rooms (8-10 guests): NT$5,000 per room • Medium private Rooms (11-15 guests): NT$10,000 per room • Large Private Rooms (16-20 guests): NT$15,000 per room • Large Private Rooms (16-30 guests): NT$20,000 per room
【Note】 ※Your table will be held for 10 minutes only from the time of the reservation. ※Online reservation is not applicable for specific table and private dining rooms. ※Corkage glass cleaning fee is TWD100 per stem, and TWD50 for spirits and others. ※Spending over TWD1,000 entitles 1 hour free parking, every vehicle up to 3 hours. ※Any kind of credit card benefit is not applicable for national holidays and private dining room. ※The same group of guests can only use one discount method to checkout per table. ※To ensure the food quality, the restaurant retains the right to change the content of the menu.
